Pre Dinner Pause

Before holiday meals, take three deep breaths. Soften your shoulders. Feel the shift from rushing into receiving.


Evening Release

At the end of the night, close your eyes. Inhale gently through the nose and exhale out of the mouth. Imagine the day leaving your body. Let it be enough.
