I’ve spent more than 35 years working in environments where there isn’t much room for mistakes.

I’m an 8-time Emmy Award-winning cinematographer, cameraman, inventor, and the founder of Air Sea Land Productions.

My career has taken me from the ocean floor to concert stages, from complex underwater camera systems to high-pressure production environments.

I’ve spent a lot of time learning how to stay calm when things get intense.

And one thing has always been there:

Breath.

• BEFORE HUMAN POWERED

My background is in production.

For decades, I’ve had to create environments where people can focus, perform, and stay present while everything around them is moving.

I've worked with cameras, technology, people, pressure, timing, and unpredictable situations.

That experience changed the way I think about environments.

The space around you matters.

The music matters.

The pace matters.

What you hear, what you see, and what you're asked to focus on can completely change how you experience a moment.

Eventually, I started asking:

What if I used everything I've learned to create an experience for the person instead of the camera?

That became Human Powered.

• WHY BREATHWORK?

Breath has always been part of my work.

When you're underwater.
When you're operating complex equipment.
When something unexpected happens.
When you need to stay focused.

You learn quickly that how you breathe matters.

That curiosity eventually led me deeper into breathwork and into becoming certified in Breathwork Detox.

But Human Powered isn't about simply teaching people how to breathe.

Breath is the mechanism.
The experience is what you're here for.

• WHAT I CREATE

Human Powered brings together breath, music, space, pacing, and intention.

You lie down.

The lights come down.

The music comes up.

You're guided through a deliberate breathing experience and given space to see what happens.

There's no performance.

No need to be “good” at it.

No belief required.

And no specific experience you're supposed to have.

You show up.
You breathe.
You experience it.

Then you decide for yourself.

• I DON'T CLAIM TO BE A HEALER.

I'm not here to tell you what you're supposed to feel or promise you a life-changing result.

I create the environment.

I guide the experience.

What happens from there is yours.

Everyone comes in with a different life, a different body, and a different reason for being there.

That's part of what makes the experience personal.

• WHY HUMAN POWERED?

Because being human can be a lot.

We're constantly connected.
Constantly stimulated.
Constantly moving.

Sometimes you don't need another thing to add to your day.

You need somewhere to step away from it.

That's what I'm trying to create with Human Powered.

A place to put everything else down for a while.

Breath. Music. Space. Experience.

That's Human Powered.
