Every Wednesday night at 10 PM ET, join me live on Zoom for a 30-minute guided breathwork session. You’ll be lying in bed, lights low, headphones on and I’ll guide you through gentle breathing patterns and relaxation techniques that calm your nervous system, quiet your thoughts, and ease you into deep rest.

How It Works
1. Register: Choose drop-in or monthly membership.
2. Check Email: You’ll receive your Zoom link + reminders.
3. Set the Scene: Lights down, headphones in, get comfortable in bed.
4. Breathe & Release: I’ll guide you through 20 minutes of gentle diaphragmatic breathing, followed by deep relaxation to ease you into sleep.
